Job Description:
  • we are looking for a Manager with a passion for building and nurturing long-term partnerships with clients,
  • as Site Manager, you will be responsible for managing staff performance,
  • ensuring smooth execution of daily operations and driving successful project delivery by maximising staff productivity within defined timeframes and budget targets.
Expectations:
  • experience in managing a service team, call centre team welcome,
  • 3 years experience in a similar position,
  • commitment, initiative, willingness to search for solutions and a positive attitude
  • good command of MS Office including Excel,
  • knowledge of English,
  • strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, including working on a large number of indicators,
  • mediation and problem-solving skills,
  • an orientation towards delivering results,
  • experience in building and managing client relationships and excellent communication skills,
  • a university degree.
Your tasks:
  • assisting in the management of call centre operations in three different locations,
  • developing and supervising the call centre departments budgets,
  • implementation of new projects - negotiations, strategies, budgets,
  • preparation of project implementation plans and monitoring of work progress according to the agreed schedule,
  • responsibility for the delivery of key parameters set by clients,
  • risk management - in particular risk analysis and qualitative project management,
  • offering solutions to management queries relating to the project
  • building valuable relationships with clients,
  • managing international projects.
Desired skills:
  • broad understanding of functions, processes and services,
  • proven skills (practical experience): critical thinking, creative problem solving, change management,
  • leadership skills: coaching and mentoring, effective feedback, communication, negotiation.
